Alanna is the fearless leader behind the mission at Overtime Nutrition and Fitness. She is a wife and mom of two who swears "things are bound to slow down soon!" knowing good and well, they probably aren't.

Her journey in the health and wellness industry began in traditional healthcare as an occupational therapist. She treated patients all across the age span for varying conditions. She quickly began to realize she had a passion for digging deeper than the symptoms that presented at surface level, and her gut told her she should be working to help people learn habits earlier in life that could prevent many of the things her patients were dealing with. And so, her passion for holistic health, nutrition, and exercise began.

Alanna walked away from the healthcare industry and accepted an entry-level position working in the nutrition and supplementation industry. Over the next few years, she worked my way up to a top educator and onboarding specialist position within the company and amidst climbing the corporate ladder, life started happening. Becoming a mother shifted her perspective and pulled her heart away from the corporate world. So, after months of trying to ignore the path God clearly was nudging her toward, she walked away from her 6-figure salary and started Moms Working Overtime + Overtime Nutrition and Fitness. 


As a coach, Alanna is most passionate about helping busy women achieve a lifestyle that they can sustain for good. No more yo-yo dieting, quick fixes, or industry scams. She focuses heavily on education in her coaching and believes you should understand the "why" behind every single facet of your program. She is also super passionate about helping women pre- and postpartum. Strength training throughout pregnancy, using appropriate nutrition strategies, adequately preparing your body for delivery, and recovering properly are all key for moms. Creating, birthing, and raising small humans is no easy feat, and she loves ensuring women are doing everything possible to take care of themselves through the process. 

Her favorite style of training is traditional strength training. She will teach you to improve your mind-muscle connection to maximize on the benefits of progressively overloading and driving amazing results. She also loves to harp on the never-ending benefits of simply walking.

Starting as an athlete, Lindsay has always had a passion for fitness. Growing up, weight was always a struggle and it wasn’t until she really became passionate about nutrition that she was able to feel confident in her own skin. Before becoming a mom, Lindsay was a varsity swim coach, Kindergarten teacher, and spinning instructor. She and her husband also competed in triathlons and half marathons! Her biggest dream in life was to be a mom, but patience was tested as they had a year-long wait to become parents. 

Lindsay met her husband, Cale, in college and were married soon after she graduated. They have now been married 17 years and have a 13 year old daughter, 11 year old son, and 7 year old daughter. They are part of a hybrid homeschool program that they love (that's right, Lindsay truly does it ALL!). Her family also has a fur baby, Luca. The Arnolds live in North Carolina and love traveling and anything outdoors. 

Lindsay has been an online nutrition coach for over 4 years and is our menopause specialist on the team. She's been on the up and down health journey of struggles with her weight just like you. You'll be able to learn from her personal experiences how to be able to break the cycles and escape diet culture for good!

As a coach, Lindsay is passionate about helping women in the perimenopause through post-menopause stage of life take back control of their hormones and health to thrive in their journey. She's an avid runner and competes in marathons and half marathons, so she also loves to help others become stronger runners! 

Lindsay will always be there to remind you motherhood is the most important job there is, but that it can be so exhausting! She knows all too well that as moms, we tend to take care of everyone else except ourselves. She also relates to how lonely and tiring it can be but has personally experienced what can happen when you start to make your health a priority and take care of yourself as a mom. That’s when you find confidence, joy, and strength in motherhood! Lindsay loves to watch a mama take time for her health and see the results that come through when her family sees her as a healthy, strong, happy mama! 

When you work with her 1-on-1, you benefit from the fact that she's a busy mom and she understands that not every day goes according to plan (most don't, actually!). As a coach, Lindsay wants to see you reach your goals and will be your biggest cheerleader every step of the way. She’ll also help you to find opportunities to gain control of your day, stop making excuses, and start making progress! 

On Lindsay's roster, you get so much more than just help with food and fitness. In her life, faith is #1. She firmly believes we’re given one body and it’s important to treat it with the respect it deserves. She's also passionate about holistic health and healing through nutrition. Food quality is a priority in their home. She's intentional about learning the latest information on nutrition and using it to help her family stay as healthy as possible. Lastly, she's a personal development fanatic and loves to learn all she can about mindset to empower her to coach you to be the strongest version of yourself in every way possible. She's a go-to person if you want a book, podcast, or educational resource! 

Lindsay knows this is a tough journey but reminds you often: you don’t have to do it alone!

Haley Mittag, Trainer & Nutrition Coach | OTNF App

Haley brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team, ranging from her nursing career to the obstacles she has personally experienced and overcome. She and her husband Skylar enjoy fun workouts with friends in their home gym. They have two beautiful daughters, Noelle and Adaline! Haley is also a woman of faith and believes that God helps us through ALL things. 

Haley has been in the fitness world for 10+ years and has now been a nutrition coach for two. After experiencing some health issues herself, she became very passionate about overall heath and getting to the root cause of symptoms. She believes that food is medicine and she has really immersed herself with healing her body using food and other holistic approaches. Like the rest of us on the team, Haley loves diving into research and furthering her education to better help everyone she coaches. 

In addition, Haley is amazing at finding the perfect way to push you during a workout, showing you what you are capable of physically and mentally. She is known in our team for saying, "you can do hard things!" High intensity training is her preferred style of training, but she caters to each clients' needs. If you want to know just how strong you truly are, Coach Haley will show you. You'll feel SO powerful leaving her in-app group fitness classes (and don't worry, modifications are always provided!). 

After going through pregnancy and postpartum personally, she instantly knew that she wanted to be able to help other women through that chapter of their lives. She loves helping women in all stages, but this certain season is special to her because of the vulnerabilities that exist. Haley is our pre- and postnatal specialist on the team. If you are trying to conceive, pregnant, or postpartum, Haley is best equipped to guide you through your journey, ensuring you are properly strengthening, preparing, and recovering your body. 

Haley coaches you based on what you need. If you are expecting great results in a specific time frame, she is going to give you the tough love you need to reach your goals! If you have goals, but are in a season of life that requires more grace, and you are understanding that it might take you a little bit longer, then Haley has plenty of grace to give. She is a firm believer that your time is the most valuable asset you can give, so she's here to help you get the results you came for! 

Haley is a coach that welcomes you with open arms, judgement-free, and will show you just how amazing this community can be. The bond she creates with her clients is truly something special.

Coach Damion Figueroa is originally from Wisconsin (“Go Pack Go!” - he demanded we include this!) and has a background in law enforcement. Damion is a world traveler, an avid ice cream connoisseur, and has a Golden Retriever sidekick named Jasper.

He was working as a Police Officer and helping clients as a hobby when he realized his true passion was helping others proactively improve their health through nutrition and exercise. He transitioned to a career in the personal training and nutrition coaching industry and has been a coach now for nearly a decade.

In his prior roles and career experiences, Damion gained valuable skills in leadership, communication, and developing others to achieve their highest potential. He is a huge asset in the OTNF App Coaching Team and a leader in the industry when it comes to exercise programming, driving results through nutrition, and utilizing research-backed strategies to help you reach your goals.

His mission is to help you improve your overall health and wellness by implementing simple strategies that can be applied to every day life. And yes, this means you can have ice cream and still achieve results (trust us, Damion doesn’t mess around when it comes to ice cream!). He’s been able to help clients lose 50+lbs, run marathons, improve athletic performance, and reach a multitude of other fitness milestones... all while creating a lifestyle they can sustain.

Coach Sara has been an athlete since the age of three, competing in any sport she could get her hands on. Her greatest loves were softball and track. Sara has also always been an avid runner. She began attending group fitness classes in college and was hooked! 

Sara and her husband, Mark, have been married for 17 years and have two amazing sons, ages 16 and 13. Both boys are extremely active with soccer, basketball, and volleyball, in addition to hunting and doing all things outdoors. They also have the sweetest fur baby, Duke! Sara and her family spend tons of time traveling to sporting events and cheering on their boys! They also spend their time taking hikes and enjoying the outdoors together. She stays pretty busy, to say the least!

Sara has also been a nurse for 18 years. She spent the first half of her career as an ICU nurse caring for the sickest patients. She then moved to a cardiac rehab program before moving into management for 7 years and obtaining her Master’s in Healthcare Management. 

Sara is the best of both worlds. She has always had a strong passion for runners and connecting with others who love hitting the pavement while taking in the sunshine and fresh air. But after experiencing an injury and being forced to give up running as her primary form of exercise, she found another love in strength training. She loves to get in a good sweat using high intensity workouts. She is great about challenging clients to push themselves.

Sara is a devoted mother above all things. Her boys and husband come first and she knows what it’s like to have to “make” time for yourself. She can completely relate to the chaos that comes with a busy life. Her upbeat and positive attitude is contagious and will put a smile on your face every time you interact! She will breathe life into you and lift you up when you are down. As a coach, Sara's style is encouraging and optimistic. She loves Jesus and her faith is strong. She will truly help you become the strongest version of yourself - and we're not just talking about food and fitness. 

Sara has been passionate about health and fitness for decades and truly wants to help you dive in and learn more to empower you to become your best and healthiest self!

Chris and his wife, Angelica, live in Colorado and enjoy hiking, camping, and traveling. He brings amazing energy to our community here at OTNF!

Chris is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with nearly eight years of experience helping people transform their health, mindset, and lifestyle. He began his career coaching online clients while also leading personal training sessions and group fitness classes, building a foundation in both one-on-one and community coaching. His own transformation sparked a lifelong passion for helping others achieve the same results.

After four years of independent coaching, Chris transitioned to the corporate world of nutrition and exercise, where he spent almost four years mentoring and leading hundreds of fitness professionals nationwide. In that role, he specialized in fitness programming, nutrition education, supplement integration, and business development - helping coaches and clients alike achieve lasting results.

Now, with his NASM CPT and Pn-1 Nutrition Certification, Chris combines evidence-based strategies with real-world experience to guide clients toward fat loss, muscle building, and lifestyle balance. His approach is rooted in simplicity, accountability, and sustainability—equipping people not just to reach their goals, but to keep them.

Shian is originally from a small town in Colorado and now resides in Denver. She is very close with her family! She is an athletic trainer that has worked at the collegiate setting and on a clinical level. Her experience also includes exercise and nutrition coaching prior. Shian has always had a passion for helping people, physically and mentally. With her graduate emphasis in coaching, she is a great resource for positive mindset work and injury rehabilitation/prevention.

Shian is someone that is always on the go, in her 20's, and loves socializing, but believes in prioritizing health through all of it. As if she isn't knowledgeable and experienced enough as it is, she is also a bodybuilder! She gets it, better than most, when you have a busy life, social outings with friends, schoolwork piling up, and are working crazy hours. It can be done though - just let her guide you every step of the way. We promise!

Jenni and her husband, Cole met their Senior year in high school & have been married for 23 years.  They have a 21-year-old daughter and an 18-year-old son. As parents, they are transitioning into the “grown” kids life. 

Jenni has personal experience in many stages of motherhood! Becoming a mom always felt like her greatest calling, and as a bonus...she gets to be a "fun aunt" now, too! In her spare time, you’ll find Jenni in her garden (caring for it almost like it’s a baby), camping with family and friends on the weekends, or spending time with her family and friends.

Jenni has been involved in sports since T-ball age and they were always something very important to her family. She spent time at the ball fields watching her dad coach her older siblings even before she could even play herself! You would have found Jenni playing softball, volleyball, and track, and these sports kept her busy year-round. 

Jenni has gained experience in many fields, working as a cosmetologist, paraprofessional, and a volleyball coach before settling into entrepreneurship with her husband. When Jenni isn't helping run their small construction business, she's pouring into health and wellness coaching and expanding her knowledge in all areas. This is something we love most about her! She is truly always working to learn more and ensures her coaching is evidence-based. 

Being healthy and strong has always been a passion for Jenni. She is very passionate about helping women of all ages and stages of life to become the best version of themselves.
